108 Leonard is an existing 16 story landmarked building dating back to the late 19th century.
 
Located in the Tribeca area of New York City, this building is listed with the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

The project spans a full block consisting of 165+ residential units, a 20K sq ft art gallery, expansive amenity spaces that include lush rooftop terraces, gyms, indoor pool, yoga studios, co-working lounges & so much more.

NYC Door was brought in to furnish the doors and hardware for the development project, which included: Hollow Metal Frames, Hollow Metal Doors, Wood Fire Rated Doors, Wood Interior Doors, and Hardware.
