322 Rhett Street, The McClaren is a 10-story mid-rise residential tower located in the Downtown section of Greenville, SC.
 
Located a few blocks from Fluor Field stadium (which is a High-A East affiliate of the Boston Red Sox) & surrounded by a plethora of restaurants.
The project spans a half a city block consisting of 250 residential units, expansive retail spaces, ample parking, lush terraces,  amenity spaces including outdoor pools, outdoor BBQ & yoga grounds & so much more.

NYC Door was brought in to furnish the doors and hardware for the development project, which included: Hollow Metal Frames, Hollow Metal Doors, Wood Fire Rated Doors, Wood Interior Doors, and Hardware.
